It happens to the best of us! If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address, here's what can be done:
- If you placed your order before 11 A.M. PST, we are usually able to make changes since orders are usually picked up at noon. To make the change, please email us at email@example.com. Please include your CORRECT address so we can update it as quickly as possible.
- If your order shows as dispatched, we ask that you contact the shipping company used for the delivery to attempt an address change. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no way of changing your address and we are unable to contact the shipping company on your behalf for security and privacy reasons.
