The best part! Let's face it, there's a good chance something could happen to your sunglasses. If so, we've got you covered with Neven's exclusive Everlast Guarantee.

If your sunglasses have been lost, stolen, damaged or broken, you can submit a claim for a brand new pair of the exact same style/color as your original purchase for a small processing fee of $12.50 (Domestic USA) or $25 USD (International) per pair. You can choose the exact same style/color as your original purchase.

If that style is no longer available, choose from any pair of equal or lesser value (limit two time usage per pair).

*Everlast does not apply to prescription glasses like it does for non-prescription sunglasses. Instead, we offer a one-time credit of 50% towards a replacement pair of full price prescription glasses within one (1) year of purchase.

How Do I Find My Amazon Order Number?
Amazon Order Numbers must be retrieved from your Amazon account.
To find your 17-character unique Amazon Order Number (e.g. 123-4567890-1234567) navigate to Account & Lists → Your Orders while logged into your account used for the purchase. The number appears in yellow under each item's title, formatted as three segments (e.g., 123-ABCDEFG-9876543).
Mobile users can swipe left on app orders to reveal "View Order Details" with the ID.
